Method of writing this scientific article using a Systematic Literature Review from research published in journals published on Google Scholar and Sprott. The purpose of this article is to find out influence or relationship between Occupational Health and Safety variables and the Environment work on Performance variables Employee. Results from library research this is: health and safety work influential positive to performance employee, environment work to performance employee, burden work influential positive to employee performance, influential negative.
